These terms apply when you contact or use OEM Motion for BMW CarPlay, Android Auto, iDrive upgrade, coding, customer support, booking or related automotive technology enquiries.
Independent Business
OEM Motion is independent and is not affiliated with BMW, Apple or Google. Brand names are used only to describe vehicle systems, phone integration features and customer enquiries.
Compatibility Checks
Compatibility depends on the exact vehicle, hardware, software, installed options and requested feature. Website information, WhatsApp replies and social content are not a guarantee that a service will be available for a specific car. Final compatibility is confirmed after review of the details you provide.
Quotes And Bookings
Prices, parts, appointment times and work scope are confirmed before a booking goes ahead. A message, automated reply or compatibility checklist does not confirm a booking, final price or guaranteed result unless Yahyaa confirms it directly.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle details and confirming that you have authority to request work on the vehicle. Please remove private items from the vehicle before any appointment.
Vehicle Work
OEM Motion plans routes carefully and prioritises reversible, clean installation methods where possible. Some services may depend on third-party hardware, software, vehicle condition, existing coding, battery health or previous modifications.
Payments
Payment method, deposit requirements and final price are agreed before booking or handover. The website does not take checkout payments.
Reviews And Content
After completed work, OEM Motion may ask for a review. Customer photos, number plates, VINs, private messages and identifying details are not published unless permission is clear and privacy checks have been completed.
Limitation
